    We can host up to 150 guests, including the couple.

    Yes! The main areas, including the ceremony and reception spaces, are accessible for guests with mobility needs.

    Ceremonies can be held outdoors in the yard or indoors if preferred or in case of inclement weather.

    Children are welcome if they are included on the invitation. When children are present, parents should supervise them, especially in outdoor areas.

    Receptions typically end at 10:30 PM. Please refer to your contract for the exact start and end times for your event.

    Yes. Couples may choose to host both their ceremony and reception at Country Coach House, or hold their ceremony elsewhere and join us for the reception.

Food, Alcohol & Bar Service Questions

  1. Do you require a specific caterer?
    No. Couples are welcome to choose their own licensed and insured caterer.

  2. What type of catering works best at Country Coach House?
    Our space supports a variety of catering styles, including drop-off catering, plated service, buffet service, food trucks, and on-site outdoor cooking. Since we do not have a kitchen, caterers should plan accordingly.

  3. Can we bring our own alcohol?
    Yes. Couples may bring their own alcohol or hire a bar service of their choice.

  4. Are bartenders required?
    Yes. Our professional bartenders are required for all events serving alcohol and are paid directly by the client.

  5. Are shots allowed?
    No. Shots are not permitted.

  6. Do you provide bar supplies or mixers?
    Couples are responsible for providing alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, and any bar décor.

    Absolutely! Signature drinks and customized bar menus are welcome.

  8. Do you provide staff during the event?
    Venue management staff are always present. A dinner service host and event assistants are available as an option to support your event when not provided by your caterer to assist with the buffet, cleanup, and help keep things running smoothly.
