At Country Coach House, our venue pricing includes everything you need to create an enchanting backdrop for your celebration from the venue itself to essential amenities and services.
Included in Our Pricing:
House Access: Start your day in comfort with access to our house for getting ready as early as 9:00 am.
Ceremony Space: Exchange vows in our picturesque yard, surrounded by lush greenery and ample space for lawn games and outdoor photos.
Indoor Reception Area: Hosting up to 150 guests, our indoor space offers a comfortable setting with round or rectangular tables, and antique finish wood folding chairs, surrounding a roomy dance floor area. Additionally, we provide a dedicated area for your bar setup to enhance your guests' experience.
Patio Spaces: Enjoy the flexibility of two patios, one covered, with charming string lights, ceiling fans, and patio heaters, providing a cozy atmosphere for your guests. Personalize the furniture arrangement to suit your style and preferences.
Decor Options: Included in your rental are a variety of decor items, including comfortable seating, high-top cocktail tables, whisky barrels, greenery, flowers, mason jars, and more.
Parking Services: A parking attendant ensures smooth parking on the grass near the building.
Catering and Vendor Support: We work with your chosen vendors and provide tables and canopies if needed.
Audio Equipment: Complimentary audio equipment is provided for events not requiring a DJ.
Restroom Facilities: Convenient outdoor restroom area with four toilets, sink, canopy, and string lighting.
Team Assistance: Our committed team is here to support you throughout your entire journey, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
Requirements for Your Event:
Wedding/Event Insurance: Ensure that you have wedding/event insurance that includes host liquor liability and lists Country Coach House as additionally insured for your event's safety and protection.
Security/Damage Deposit: A $500 security/damage deposit is required. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days following your event, provided there are no damages.
Catering: At Country Coach House, you have the freedom to select catering that aligns with your tastes and budget.
Alcohol and Bartenders: Please note that you'll need to arrange for liquor, other beverages, cups, and ice. If alcohol is being served at your event, bartenders are required. You can hire Country Coach House bartenders or opt for mobile bar services.
Table Linens: Our tables require linens to complete the elegant setup. You can either rent linens through Country Coach House or bring your own to match your vision and style.
Table Decorations: Flowers and other decorations are not included though you might want to use some items we have for borrowing.
Officiant: An officiant is required to conduct your ceremony if you do not have a church ceremony.
Music: You have the freedom to choose your DJ or live musicians to set the mood for your celebration. Please note that our venue is not large, so we recommend opting for a setup that complements the intimate ambiance of our space.

Important Note: Please Note: In winter months when snow is possible, we restrict events to 50 guests to ensure safe parking on our paved drive. Parking on the grass is not feasible in winter conditions.

Table Variety: Benefit from additional tables included for buffet, gifts, remembrances, sweets, and coffee service.
Capture Precious Moments: Take advantage of the opportunity for first looks and portrait photos before your ceremony, creating lasting memories.
Memorable End: Dance the night away until 11:00 pm, making the most of every moment. Our dedicated team is there to assist in gathering your decor and handling leftovers at the end of the night.
Rental Conclusion: Your rental concludes by midnight, leaving you with cherished memories of your unforgettable day.

Here's why Fridays are fantastic:
Greater Availability: Fridays are generally more available than Saturdays in the same month, increasing your chances of securing your preferred date.
For More Intimate Gatherings and Cost Savings. Friday events cost less than Saturday affairs, allowing you to allocate those savings elsewhere, perhaps to enhance another aspect of your special day.
Weekend Enjoyment: Opting for a Friday wedding still leaves your entire weekend free to spend with friends and family who may have traveled in for your celebration. It also provides them with the chance to relax and refresh before starting another week.
Thursday Add-On: You can even extend the festivities by adding Thursday for just $1,000. This grants you six hours of access to the venue, perfect for decorating, rehearsing your ceremony, and hosting your rehearsal dinner. By choosing Thursday along with Friday, you essentially get two days for the price of a Saturday.
Thursday Supply Drop Off and Set-Up: Adding Thursday allows you to complete your personal setup the day before, offering more time on the day-of for you and your bridal party to get ready – especially beneficial if you have a larger wedding party. This makes Friday a more laid-back and relaxing day overall.
More Precious Moments: Setting up the day before means you will have additional time for first looks and wedding party photos before the ceremony, allowing you to join your guests sooner for cocktail hour after your vows. It's all about making the most of your unforgettable day.
