Venue Rental Includes:

Bridal Suite – Start your day in our charming 1884 farmhouse, available from 9:00 AMβ€”a relaxing space for you and your bridal party to get ready.

Ceremony Setup – Indoor or outdoor ceremony setup with up to 150 chairs and a wedding arbor.

Reception Setup –Tables and up to 150 antique-finished wooden folding chairs set up according to your custom layout. If you rent linens through us, we’ll place those too!

Event Time – 6 hours of event time plus a 30-minute ceremony, with an extra hour for wrap-up within the rental timeframe.

Patios & Outdoor Spaces – Covered patio with string lights, ceiling fans, and heaters.

Additional patio with seating, tables, umbrellas, and bistro lights.

Spacious lawn for photographs and lawn games.

Monthly Planning Sessions – Attend our open houses as often as you’d like to test dΓ©cor, rehearse your ceremony, and finalize details.

DΓ©cor & Options – Borrow from our complimentary dΓ©cor collection, including cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, greenery, mason jars, and more.

Vendor Support – We coordinate with vendors before the event and offer support.

Parking Services – One hour of parking assistance to guide guests and maintain smooth traffic flow.

Restrooms – Outdoor facilities featuring an ADA-compliant portable restroom, double sinks, and a charming canopy with string lighting.

Event Wrap-Up – Our team assists with packing upβ€”you simply gather your belongings and head out!

Venue Manager on site throughout the rental period.

Not Included in Rental:

Catering: Choose a caterer that fits your budget and style.

Beverages: Bring your spirits, mixers, and bar supplies, or hire a mobile bar service.

Bartenders: We coordinate two bartenders for your event ($250 each, paid directly).

DJ or Musicians: Select your entertainment for the ceremony and reception.

Officiant: Required if you plan to hold your ceremony on-site.

Staffing: Our flexible setup allows for various catering styles. If additional staff is needed, we’ll help coordinate, and their services are paid directly. We’ll work with you to determine the right level of support.

Linens: Rent linens through us or provide your own.

Additional Requirements

Damage Deposit: $500 refundable deposit upon booking.

Event Insurance: Coverage including host liquor liability, with Country Coach House listed as an additional insured.

Built-In Weekend Fun – With your event on a Friday, you can turn the whole weekend into an extended celebration! Plan a relaxed brunch, a casual gathering, or even a mini honeymoon right away.

Thursday Pre-Wedding Access – $1,000

For couples hosting a Friday wedding, we offer exclusive Thursday access to make your wedding weekend smoother and more relaxed.
