Wedding Day Reservation Includes:

Full Wedding Day Access: 9:00 AM – 11:30 PM to the house, grounds, and celebration spaces.

Getting Ready in Comfort: Private on-site house reserved for your wedding party.

Event Window: 4:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Outdoor & Indoor Ceremony Spaces: Choice of 3 arbors with seating for up to 150 guests.

Indoor Gathering Space: Set up of your custom floor planfor dining and dancing.

Back Porch & Open Patio: Covered and open-air seating with a gas fire pit, patio heaters, ceiling fans, umbrellas, and bistro lights.

Built-In Beverage Area: Rustic bar for convenient beverage service.

Complimentary Décor: Furniture, whiskey barrels, cocktail tables, easels, table décor, signage, florals, and select items to enhance your celebration.

Clean, Convenient Restrooms: Three standard units, one ADA-compliant restroom, plus a handwashing station under a canopy with string lights.

Vendor Flexibility: Choose your own caterer, photographer, and entertainment.

Parking Attendants: Friendly parking attendants to guide guests to grassy parking areas.

Monthly Open House Sessions: Test décor, walk through plans, or rehearse your ceremony.

On-Site Wedding Day Manager & Event Team: Providing day-of coordination and hands on support so everything runs smoothly and you can fully enjoy your celebration.

What You Provide:

A few things you’ll choose and bring in to make the day truly your own.

• Catering: Bring the caterer you love! We work with everything from food trucks and buffets to plated meals. (Support staffing is coordinated if needed.)

• Linens: Rent linens through us or provide your own.

• Alcohol: You supply the beverages of your choice. (BYOB)

• Optional Vendors: DJ, photographer, florist, bakery, and any other professionals you’d like to hire.

• Authorized Officiant: Couples arrange their own officiant for the ceremony.

• $1,000 Retainer with signed contract

• $500 Refundable Damage Deposit (due at booking)

• Event Insurance: Liability coverage, including host liquor liability with Country Coach House listed as additional insured (policies typically cost around $120)
