Your Venue Rental Includes:
Everything you need for a relaxed, beautiful celebration — all in one place.
A Full Day to Celebrate: From 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM, the venue, house, and grounds are yours to enjoy at your own pace.
Getting Ready in Comfort: Use our private home as your bridal suite — bright, cozy, and perfect for your wedding party.
A Large Rustic Bar: Our built-in bar adds instant charm and makes beverage service easy.
Two Patios + a Fire Pit: One covered patio with a gas fire table, plus another open-air space — both styled with outdoor seating and bistro lights.
A Ceremony Space Ready for You: Choose your arbor, and we’ll set up seating for up to 150 guests.
Complimentary Décor Galore: Browse our collection of furniture, whiskey barrels, cocktail tables, easels, table décor, signs, and more.
Help Coordinating Your Vendors: We keep timing, setup, and logistics running smoothly behind the scenes.
Parking Attendants to Welcome Guests: Friendly faces to guide everyone to our grassy parking areas.
Monthly Open House Sessions: Come back to test décor, walk through plans, or rehearse your ceremony.
Clean, Convenient Restrooms: Three standard portable restrooms and one ADA-compliant portable restroom, plus a handwashing station under a canopy with string lights.
End-of-Night Help: We gather your décor and personal items so you can head out without stress.
On-Site Venue Manager: Support throughout the day so everything feels easy and cared for.
What’s Not Included:
A few things you’ll choose and bring in to make the day truly your own.
Catering: Bring the caterer you love — our flexible setup works with everything from drop-off to full-service. We’ll coordinate staff if needed.
Linens: Rent linens through us or provide your own.
Alcohol: You supply the beverages of your choice.
Optional Vendors: DJ, photographer, florist, bakery, and any other pros you’d like to hire.
Authorized Officiant: Couples arrange their own officiant.

Just two simple steps to secure your date and protect your celebration:
Damage Deposit: A refundable $500 deposit is due at booking.
Event Insurance: Liability coverage (including host liquor liability) with Country Coach House listed as an additional insured. Policies typically run about $120.

Built-In Weekend Fun – With your event on a Friday, you can turn the whole weekend into an extended celebration! Plan a relaxed brunch, a casual gathering, or even a mini honeymoon right away.
