Included in Our Pricing

Bridal Suite: Our charming 1884 farmhouse and bridal suite opens at 9:00 am for you to prepare and relax with your bridal party.

Ceremony Setup: Our team will handle the setup and take down of ceremony chairs and the wedding arbor. There is no extra fee for the ceremony.

Indoor Reception Setup: We work with you to create a customized room layout. and handle arranging the tables and up to 150 antique-finished wooden folding chairs. Linens rented through us will be placed on tables, and we can assist with setting up table decorations and ceremony arbor decorations.

Patios and Outdoor Spaces: Capture stunning photos and create memorable outdoor experiences with ample space for lawn games and more. Our covered patio features string lights, ceiling fans, and heaters for a cozy ambiance, while a second illuminated patio provides additional seating with tables, chairs, and umbrellas.

Monthly Planning Sessions: Enjoy unlimited visits to tour the venue, plan details, rehearse your ceremony, and receive personalized assistance from our team.

Decor Options: No extra cost to use our furniture and decor items, including comfortable seating, high-top cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, greenery, flowers, mason jars, and more, to personalize your event.

Catering and Vendor Support: We coordinate with your chosen vendors, provide essential venue guidelines, and supply tables and canopies as needed to ensure seamless service.

Parking Services: One hour of parking attendant service is included. Our attendants guide guests to their spots and ensure an orderly flow of vehicles.

Separate Room for Buffets: We have a dedicated space for buffets and desserts in an adjoining room for convenient access and smooth service.

Coffee Set-Up: Bring your favorite coffee grounds and fixings, and we’ll brew fresh coffee for your guests' enjoyment in our 100-cup percolator.

Audio Equipment: Complimentary audio equipment is available for events not requiring a DJ.

Restroom Facilities: Our convenient outdoor restrooms feature four toilets (including one ADA accessible), a sink, a canopy, and string lighting.

Rental Conclusion: We close the bar at 10:30 pm, and your event ends at 11:00 pm. Our team will gather your belongings for your easy removal. We take care of trash and cleaning, so all you need to do is take with you anything you bring to the venue. Vendors have until midnight to complete their breakdown.

Not Included in Pricing

Bartenders: If you’re providing alcohol, we’ll arrange two professional bartenders at $250 each, paid directly to them.

Beverages: You supply all drinks, including liquor, mixers, soft drinks, garnishes, ice, cups, and water. Or, you can hire a mobile bar service to handle this.

Catering: Choose a caterer that fits your budget and style, whether it’s full-service or drop-off.

Extended Parking: Parking service may be extended beyond one hour for guests arriving late or throughout the event for an added fee.

DJ or Musicians: A DJ can handle sound for both the ceremony and reception and serve as the night emcee, ensuring everything flows smoothly.

Officiant: You’ll need to arrange an officiant for any onsite ceremonies.

Servers and Bussers: We can arrange helpers for buffet setup, serving, table maintenance, and cleanup. Helpers are paid in cash on the event day, and we’ll work with you to determine the level of support needed.

Table Linens and Decorations: You can rent linens through us or bring your own. You can also use your decorations or borrow items donated by previous brides.

Other Requirements

Damage Deposit: A $500 refundable damage deposit is required upon booking.

Event Insurance: Event insurance, must include host liquor liability and list Country Coach House as an additional insured party.
