Venue Rental Includes:
Full-Day Access – 9:00 AM to 11:30 PM window for use of the venue, house, and grounds.
Bridal Suite & Amenities – A comfortable private home for getting ready with your wedding party.
Built-In Rustic Bar | A charming focal point for your beverage service.
Two Patios & Fire Pit: One covered patio with a gas fire table, both with outdoor furniture and bistro lights.
Ceremony Setup – Choice of arbor plus up to 150 ceremony chairs..
Complimentary Décor – Choose from our collection of furniture, cocktail tables, whiskey barrels, greenery, easels, signs, and more.
Coordination With Your Vendors – To keep setup, timing, and logistics running smoothly.
Parking Attendants – Greet guests and direct them to our grassy parking areas upon arrival.
Monthly Open House Planning Sessions – Perfect for décor testing, detailed planning, or ceremony run-throughs.
Restroom Facilities – Three standard and one ADA-compliant portable restrooms, a handwashing station, and a canopy with string lights.
End-of-Night Support – Décor and personal items are gathered for a smooth load-out.
On-Site Venue Manager – Support throughout the rental period for peace of mind.
Not Included in Rental:
Catering: Our flexible setup allows for various catering styles. We will coordinate staff if needed.
Linens: Rent linens through us or provide your own.
Alcohol: You provide the beverages
Optional Vendors: DJ, Photographer, Florist, Bakery, etc.

Additional Requirements:
Damage Deposit: A $500 refundable deposit is due upon booking.
Event Insurance: Liability coverage, including host liquor liability, with Country Coach House listed as an additional insured.
