Your Wedding Day Experience

From the moment you arrive in the morning until the last guest heads home, Country Coach House is yours to enjoy. Our goal is to provide a beautiful, relaxed setting where you can celebrate with the people you love while we ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Every wedding reservation includes the following:

Full Wedding Day Access
Your day begins at 9:00 AM, giving you exclusive access to the farmhouse, ceremony lawn, reception barn, covered porch, open patio, and surrounding grounds. With plenty of time for decorating, vendor setup, deliveries, photography, and getting ready, you can enjoy a relaxed start to your wedding day without feeling rushed.

Your Celebration
Your reservation includes up to six hours for your ceremony and reception, allowing you to create the timeline that best fits your celebration. Whether you envision an afternoon ceremony, an evening reception, or a little of both, we'll help ensure your day flows smoothly.

A Private Place to Get Ready
The on-site farmhouse is reserved exclusively for your wedding party from 9:00 AM until 10:45 PM. It's a comfortable place to get ready, relax with family and friends, enjoy lunch, store personal belongings, and step away for a quiet moment throughout the day.

Beautiful Ceremony Options. 
Whether you're exchanging vows on our scenic outdoor ceremony lawn, celebrating with an indoor ceremony, or being married at your church or another ceremony location before arriving for your reception, Country Coach House provides the flexibility to celebrate your day your way.

For on-site ceremonies, choose from three unique arbors with seating for up to 150 guests, creating a beautiful backdrop for one of life's most meaningful moments.

Reception Barn & Gathering Spaces
Celebrate in our restored reception barn with tables and chairs for up to 150 guests, arranged according to your custom floor plan. Whether your style is elegant, rustic, or somewhere in between, the space is designed to make your vision come to life.

Covered Porch, Patio & Lawn
Guests can relax throughout the day on the covered porch and open patio, featuring a gas fire table, patio heaters, ceiling fans, market umbrellas, and bistro lighting. Just beyond the patio, the spacious lawn provides a perfect setting for yard games, mingling, and enjoying the beautiful countryside.

Rustic Beverage Bar
Our built-in rustic bar with Edison lights, coolers, and a mini-refrigerator provides a convenient and attractive beverage service area while complementing the venue's character.

Complimentary Décor Collection
You're welcome to use our growing collection of décor, including furniture, whiskey barrels, cocktail tables, easels, signage, lanterns, florals, table décor, and decorative accents to personalize your celebration while helping reduce decorating costs.

Vendor Flexibility
Choose the caterer, photographer, DJ, florist, baker, and other professional vendors that best fit your style, preferences, and budget. We believe your wedding should reflect your vision, not a required vendor list.

Monthly Open House Visits
You're welcome to attend our monthly Open House sessions to test décor ideas, finalize layouts, meet with vendors, rehearse your ceremony, or spend more time envisioning your wedding day.

Wedding Day Management
Our experienced venue team is on site and hands-on to support you throughout your celebration, oversee venue operations, assist vendors, answer questions, and help keep the day running smoothly.

A Relaxed Departure
Venue access continues for one hour after the end of your event to allow for the removal of personal belongings and vendor departure, ending no later than 11:30 PM.

Guest Parking Assistance
Friendly parking attendants welcome guests upon arrival and direct them to our on-site grassy parking areas, helping your event begin smoothly from the moment guests arrive.

Guest Restrooms: Three standard restrooms, one ADA-accessible restroom, and a handwashing station beneath a lighted canopy.

End-of-Night Breakdown Assistance: Our team helps pack your personal décor and belongings, making the end of the evening simple and stress-free.

Cleaning and Venue Reset
The only clean-up you need to do is to take home your personal items. We'll handle the cleaning and reset of the venue, so you can head home and enjoy the memories of your day.

What You'll Choose

One of the things couples love most about Country Coach House is the freedom to create a celebration that reflects their style and budget.

Catering
Choose the caterer that fits your vision—from drop-off delivery and food trucks to buffet or full-service dining. We welcome a wide variety of catering styles, and additional event staffing can be coordinated if needed.

Linens
Rent linens through Country Coach House or provide your own.

Beverages
Supply the beer, wine, liquor, and non-alcoholic beverages you'd like to serve. (BYOB)

Bartenders
We schedule our experienced, independently contracted bartenders for your event. Bartenders are paid directly by you.

Wedding Professionals
Select the vendors you love, including your photographer, DJ or musicians, florist, bakery, hair and makeup artists, transportation, and more.

Officiant
Arrange for the officiant of your choice to perform your ceremony.

Reserve Your Date

Once you've decided that Country Coach House is the perfect place for your celebration, reserving your date is easy.

To officially reserve your wedding date, you'll need:

$1,000 Non-Refundable Retainer with your signed rental agreement.

$500 Refundable Damage Deposit (due at booking and refunded after your event, provided the terms of the agreement are met).

Event Insurance that includes general liability and host liquor liability, with Country Coach House listed as an Additional Insured. (Policies typically cost around $120.
